Job summary

Dry Force is seeking an Entry Level Restoration Technician in Dallas, TX to help families recover from water damage. No experience required; on-the-job training provided to remove, replace, and repair damaged materials while delivering compassionate customer service.

You will operate equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers, and document progress using a mobile device. This full-time role requires overtime as needed and offers advancement potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Clear Criminal Background.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials.
• Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.

Entry Level Restoration Technician

Salary Range: $16.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Dry Force is hiring a Entry Level Restoration Technician for a full-time position in Dallas, Texas - No Experience Required - Willing to Train.

As a Entry Level Restoration Technician, you will be in charge of removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Entry Level Restoration Technician need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.

Responsibilities:
