Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration by Team Twins is hiring Entry Level Restoration Technicians to help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. No experience is required.

We provide paid training and opportunities to advance into Lead Technician, Crew Chief, and management positions. Responsibilities include assisting with damage restoration, operating drying equipment, and providing excellent customer service on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration.
• Perform demolition, debris removal, and job site cleanup.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including dehumidifiers and air movers.
• Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and other building materials.
• Pack, move, clean, and organize customer belongings.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
• Document job progress and communicate updates to supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in homes and businesses.
• Support Lead Technicians and Crew Chiefs on restoration projects.
