Domino’s Pizza in Goodlettsville, TN is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a high-quality dining experience. A progressive training program prepares you for a successful management career.

You’ll monitor sales, costs and labor, enforce food safety standards, and lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service. Flexible scheduling is available, including nights and weekends.

Formación

• One year of management experience; previous Domino’s experience preferred.
• Ability to work under stress and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must meet image standards.

Responsabilidades

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Enhance the Domino’s brand through professionalism and effective communication.
• Monitor daily sales, food costs, and labor; make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Train team members effectively.
• Establish and maintain high customer service levels.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Safeguard cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines.
• Operate all restaurant equipment.
• Manage inventory from delivery to storage and preparation areas.
• Prepare products and handle telephone orders.
• Conduct inventory checks and complete necessary paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
