Barnsley Resort seeks an Entry Level Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Georgia. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will handle repairs across buildings and various systems, maintain tools and logs, and contribute to a clean, safe, and well-managed property that reflects our luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on resort buildings (painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing).
• Maintain mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks.
• Keep a clean, organized, and stocked work cart.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Health Department and resort regulations.
• Attend team member meetings and support guest satisfaction through proactive service.
