Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Young Harris, GA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our mountain resort operating at its best. You’ll perform inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance across facilities to ensure guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues quickly.
• Complete general repairs including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work.
• Assist with HVAC and mechanical system upkeep.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and departments.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
• Support a safe environment for guests and team members.

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our resort facilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance
