Job summary

Barnsley Resort in Georgia is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Engineer to join the hotel’s engineering team. You will perform routine repairs, painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing work to keep the property in top condition for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn in a luxury resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs including painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing on resort buildings.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized and well stocked work cart.
• Maintain and clean the Engineering facilities.
• Monitor and ensure employee compliance with key control policies.
