Job summary

The Cascarella Agency is seeking self-driven Remote Life Insurance Professionals to join our growing team. In this 1099 contract role, you will connect with clients virtually, assess their needs, and recommend life insurance and protection solutions while working independently with company training and resources.

You will have the ability to earn based on your production, with no income cap, access compliant marketing-generated prospects, and enjoy flexible work-from-home scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States.
• At least 18 years old and able to complete a background check.
• Active Life Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain (we will guide you).
• Self-driven with strong personal accountability.
• Receptive to feedback and committed to growth.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not necessary.
