Job summary

The Cascarella Agency is looking for driven, self-starting Remote Insurance Agents to join the team. You will work directly with clients to provide life insurance and financial protection solutions entirely from home and on your own schedule.

100% commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential, access to a TCPA-compliant lead program, comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support, plus opportunities to build and manage your own agency and earn performance-based

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States.
• 18+ years of age and able to pass a background check.
• Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one with guidance from our team.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and financial protection solutions to clients from home.
