Job summary

BK Behavior is a nationwide ABA provider offering flexible, part-time roles that let you work from home anywhere in the USA or provide in-person care in our service states. We train with a select cohort and offer ongoing CEUs and strong clinical support to help you grow.

You’ll join a supportive clinical team, start part-time, and have the option to advance as you gain experience, with recognition for internal promotions and resources to help you deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
