Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring ABA professionals to join a nationwide network offering flexible scheduling and remote work across the USA. You will set your own hours and caseload, with paid training and ongoing clinical support to help you grow in the field of ABA therapy.

As part of the team, you will provide one-on-one ABA services, collect data, and collaborate with a clinical team. Work may occur in clients' homes or community settings, with emphasis on quality care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Services provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
