Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA field

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions
• Record session data accurately and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with clinical team and families to support client goals
• Contribute to ongoing program development and quality improvement
