We're hiring entry-level recruitment and sales consultants, recent graduates and Class of 2027 welcome to apply!

We work a niche market that most firms don't understand well enough to work: interconnection, BESS, transmission, substations, data center power. Our clients are committed. What you'll do

• You'll work as a recruitment consultant and sales consultant in the talent space by sourcing and approaching candidates, building relationships, and placing candidates with clients who trust us to deliver.
• Junior consultants get direct mentorship from a team that has built searches in this market for years. You're taught how to qualify a search properly, how to read a candidate's motivation, and how to run a process.

Who we're looking for

• Someone who's curious about a technical market and willing to learn it. You don't need an engineering background, but you need to be willing to understand what a BESS interconnection timeline actually means before you can sell a candidate on a role.
• Recent graduates and Class of 2027 candidates welcome as no prior recruitment or sales experience required.
