Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer service, call center or inside sales industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to meet set deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and interview applicants.
• Ensure centralized open positions are filled.
• Effectively move qualified candidates through recruiting process and schedule next steps.
• Maintain accurate talent records.
