Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Recruiter in Milwaukee to identify qualified candidates and screen interviews, partnering with Account Managers to target key accounts and segments. You will build relationships with industry contacts to drive referrals and sales leads, while delivering strong customer service.

The role offers an hourly training period, base salary with uncapped earning potential through weekly commissions, and competitive benefits including healthcare, 401(k), and time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
