Job summary

Aerotek in Kentucky is seeking a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, and collaborate with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments. You will build relationships with industry contacts and perform customer service duties while contributing to philanthropy.

The position offers a base salary of $45,000 with weekly commissions after training, rising to $55,000 after one year, plus benefits and incentive programs to support earnings growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience collaborating in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations.
