Job summary

Aerotek in Minnesota is looking for a Recruiter to identify qualified candidates through diverse sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and collaborate with Account Managers to target top accounts and skills.

You will build industry relationships to generate referrals and sales leads, perform customer service tasks, and contribute to community volunteering efforts. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000
