Aerotek in Mankato, MN is seeking a Recruiter to identify candidates, screen interviews, and partner with Account Managers to target key markets. You will build relationships across industry contacts and contribute to sales leads while supporting community involvement.

As a Recruiter you will…

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000
