Job summary

Aerotek, an Allegis Group company, is hiring a Recruiter in Florida. You will identify qualified candidates, screen and interview them, and partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and market segments.

You will build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads while performing customer service tasks. After training, base salary starts at 45,000 with weekly commissions; after one year base increases to 55,000 with continued earning potential through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, screening, and interviewing.
• Strong relationship-building with industry contacts.
• Experience collaborating with Account Managers.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

• Year 1: $50,000
• Year 2: $76,000
• Year 3: $102,000
