The role emphasizes urgency, results, and a best-in-class paid training program for new grads, with base salary starting at $45,000 and uncapped bonuses.

You will source candidates, conduct phone screens, and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer, documenting progress in Avature and guiding onboarding with accuracy.

• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork with a high level of accuracy.
