The position offers a base salary of $45,000 plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus, uncapped bonuses, and clear career pathways with opportunities for promotion.

• Manage the interview process with a high volume of candidates.
• Document interview progress and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Process onboarding paperwork accurately.
