Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to oversee talent acquisition for non-sales departments. You will manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer, while collaborating with hiring managers and business partners to fill roles with top talent.

The role emphasizes an energetic, in-office, performance-driven culture with paid training, strong executive exposure, and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of full cycle recruiting or sales experience.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Military veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy.
