• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork with a high level of accuracy.
