Job summary

gpac offers a dynamic, commission-driven Recruiter role in the United States, emphasizing relationship-building with clients and candidates. Training and support are provided to help you achieve high earnings through placements.

You will build and maintain client connections, screen and prep candidates, and coordinate interviews while negotiating job offers. A degree is preferred but not required; strong communication is essential.
