Randstad USA is hiring entry-level Receiving Clerks and Data Entry Specialists in Glendale, AZ to support documentation for short-term mandates in warehouse environments. Responsibilities include data entry into WMS, labeling, and filing while maintaining accuracy and audit readiness.

The role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable with computers and seek steady daytime hours. You will assist senior clerks, adapt to different client procedures, and learn warehouse systems

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate data entry across receiving and PO information.
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse software systems.
• Able to learn receiving procedures for different clients on short-term mandates.

Responsibilities

• Data entry: input receiving data and PO info into WMS or inventory software.
• Labeling: print and attach internal barcode labels to received products or pallets.
• Document filing: organize and file all hard-copy documents (bols, packing lists) for audit readiness.
• Support: assist senior receiving clerks with tasks like sorting mail and organizing the office.
• Adaptability: learn and apply client-specific receiving procedures during each mandate.
