CEVA Logistics in Goodyear, USA is seeking a Warehouse Handling Operations Clerk to perform essential clerical duties, data entry, and customer service support within our contract logistics operations. You will manage standard data in systems, update logs, and assist with order tracking to ensure accurate, timely processing.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and job-specific software applications; capable of data entry.
• Knowledge of basic customer service principles and office operations; ability to verify information and communicate with coworkers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage standard and routine data in software systems and applications.
• Update logs, documents, and files to track operational, carrier and customer information.
• Receive and review documents for accuracy (dates, times, location, counts, related data).
• Respond to basic internal/external customer questions on status of operations; escalate complex needs as required.
• Print and prepare forms, labels, billing, invoices and related documents for timely processing.
• Assist with tracking orders and information through systems, vendors and related sources (arrival, times, confirmation).
• Perform basic office and clerical duties (sorting mail, maintaining logs, answering phones).
