Job summary

Thompson Gray Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Management Consultant I to support IMCOM real property asset management at Fort Jackson, SC. You will validate asset records, assemble documentation, and perform data entry and reporting for garrisons and Installation Directorates.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, a related degree, and knowledge of accounting/finance or public administration. Preferred: DoD property experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business administration, accounting, finance, political science, or public administration; CPA/CDFM/CGFM/PMP preferred; 4 additional years may substitute.
• No security clearance required; favorable NACI for CAC issuance.
• GFEBS experience preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support physical inventory documentation and PIMD Worksheet completion.
• Assemble Facility Information Folder contents against the Supporting Documentation Checklist.
• Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records.
• Review GFEBS records against supporting documentation and record discrepancies.
• Update and correct GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs.
• Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
• Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.
