Job summary

Thompson Gray Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Management Consultant I to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management at Fort Bragg, NC. You will validate records, assemble documentation, and generate reports for assigned garrisons, ensuring accuracy in GFEBS data and space assignments.

Qualifications include 2+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and/or certifications (CPA, CDFM, CGFM, PMP). No security clearance required; work is performed at unclassified level.

Qualifications

• Analytical writing ability and documentary attention to detail are required.
• Bachelors/Masters in a related field or a relevant certification is preferred.
• Experience with DoD real property inventory or audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support real property asset record validation and reporting for IMCOM HQ.
• Assist with inventory documentation and PIMD worksheet completion.
• Enter data and perform quality checks on digitized records.
• Review GFEBS records for discrepancies and update property records.
• Prepare space assignments and contribute to weekly/monthly status reports.
