Thompson Gray Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Management Consultant I to support HQ IMCOM at Fort Rucker with real property asset management. You will validate asset records, assemble documentation, and produce reporting for garrisons and Installation Directorates.

This role emphasizes data entry accuracy, documentation discipline, and coordination with military real property processes. DoD/Army experience is a plus, with growth opportunities in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Clear and concise written communication required.
• Experience with documentation and data validation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support real property asset record validation and documentation.
• Assemble Facility Information Folder contents per checklist.
• Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records.
• Review GFEBS records against documentation and correct discrepancies.
• Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
• Contribute to weekly validation and monthly status reports.
