Job summary

Thompson Gray Inc. is seeking a Management Consultant I to support HQ IMCOM at Fort Leavenworth, KS, focusing on real property asset management, record validation, and reporting. The role emphasizes data integrity, documentation, and coordination with installation directorates.

The position requires 2+ years of professional experience and relevant education, with DoD real property familiarity preferred. On-site work in Fort Leavenworth, KS is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated analytical writing ability and attention to documentary detail.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Political Science, or Public Administration; and/or related certification (CPA, CDFM, CGFM, or PMP). 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted.
• Clearance: No security clearance required; favorable adjudicated NACI for CAC issuance.

Responsibilities

• Support physical inventory documentation and Physical Inventory Minimum Data (PIMD) Worksheet completion.
• Assemble Facility Information Folder contents per the Supporting Documentation Checklist.
• Perform data entry and quality checks on digitized records.
• Review GFEBS records against supporting documentation and record discrepancies.
• Update GFEBS real property records including pooled space, rental objects, unit of measure, and CATCODEs.
• Prepare space assignment memoranda for RPAO approval.
• Contribute to weekly validation reports and monthly status reports.
