Responsibilities

1. Lead generation
2. Attend training sessions
3. Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent
4. Maintain relationships with homebuyers through calls, emails, etc., to keep our business top of mind for when they are ready to buy again
5. Evaluate team progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
6. Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
7. Use CRM to maintain current customer information, ensuring data accuracy for agents
8. Set appointments
9. Close sales
10. Master sales communication techniques

Compensation

$85,000 - $150,000 annually, based on plan performance
