Our challenge: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Insurance Inside Sales Agent to help grow our Allstate Insurance agency's remote inside sales team. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for this role to effectively serve our diverse customer base. We pay a starting $48k base salary plus commission, with all employees eligible for our extensive bonus program. Agents typically earn total compensation of $60k - $90k in the first year, but top agents can double that, as we have no caps on commissions.

The Job Description

The Bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Insurance Inside Sales Agent position is an essential, customer-facing role where you engage existing customers and build strong relationships in the community. Your ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both Spanish and English will be critical to your success in this role. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customers' understanding of the value of insurance. You will be on the phone talking 3+ hours per day, answering 15+ inbound service calls, and completing at least 15 outbound win-back and cross-sell calls per day. You will provide service to existing customers while transitioning inbound calls from service, to policy review, to cross-sale. Responsibilities

The traits we are looking for:

• 3+ years experience in insurance sales with a leading insurance company (recent Allstate experience is a plus!)
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license (existing Life license is a plus!)
• Great attitude, outgoing personality, and ability to meet new people
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
• Passion for helping others
• Ability to close sales when needed
• Drive to succeed and willingness to follow our proven success system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English

Minimum Requirements:

• Meet sales goals with a minimum of 25 items sold per month on average
• Identify customer insurance needs and gaps in coverage
• Solicit new business via phone, networking, and leads
• Overcome objections and sales obstacles
• Communicate coverage options, discounts, and pricing in both Spanish and English
• Handle customer questions regarding coverage, policies, and claims
