Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. in Kaneohe, HI, is hiring for an engaged and committed person to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Through our training you will earn a nationally recognized RBT certification at no cost, and you’ll work in a 19,000 square foot Kailua clinic with a collaborative team and guaranteed hours. You will work 1:1 with autistic children in a clinic setting, implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA guidance, collect data, update graphs, and use play-based

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (or willingness to pursue during training)
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, move quickly, and engage physically with children
• CPR/BLS, TB Clearance, Background Check, and HIPAA Compliance
• Dedication to ABA ethics, professionalism, and ongoing training

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with autistic children in a clinic setting.
• Implement ABA treatment plans under the guidance of your BCBA.
• Collect data, update graphs, and adjust based on feedback.
• Use engaging, play-based methods in a structured setting. Collaborate daily with teammates, share insights, and refine your approach.
