Kona Medical Consulting is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with special needs. Ideal candidates should have interests in Psychology, Special Education, and Applied Behavior Analysis. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one ABA services in various settings and creating a supportive learning environment.

The position offers competitive pay ranging from $20 to $30 per billable hour, based on education and experience, alongside benefits like health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Formación

• Credentialing as an RBT by BACB preferred.
• Latest certifications in CPR/First Aid, HIPPA, and Child Abuse and Neglect required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Availability to work between 9 am - 7:00 pm and some Saturdays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA services for children on the autism spectrum.
• Create a fun learning environment to facilitate new skills.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data.
