Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in Indianola, IA. This part-time role offers paid training and a flexible schedule, with Same Day Pay options and a commitment to support families.

Responsibilities include implementing skill-building plans, recording data, and collaborating with a clinical team to promote positive behaviors and independence for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
