Job summary

Heartland ABA in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

All positions start part-time with paid training. You will record session data on electronic devices, collaborate with families, and contribute to care plans while gaining hands-on experience toward BCBA

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Act as a key member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families in progress.
