Job summary

Heartland ABA in Indianola, IA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in home or community settings. This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to gain BCBA-related experience while contributing to client progress.

You will work under supervision with a clinical team, record session data, and help families implement skill-building plans. No long-term commitment required for training candidates.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working with clients.

Responsibilities
