Job summary

Heartland ABA in Indianola, IA is hiring an Entry Level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home or community settings. You will implement evidence-based ABA plans under supervision, document progress, and collaborate with a clinical team.

This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and the chance to gain hands-on experience in a growing ABA program. No experience? We provide training.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working with clients.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with families and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and behavior-support plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately and maintain progress notes.
