Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Cedar Rapids area team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior under supervision.

The role offers part-time schedules, paid training, and same-day pay. We value compassion, patience, and a commitment to making a difference for children with Autism. Training leads to BCBA schooling program partnerships.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and support children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
