Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in Indianola, IA. You will work one-on-one with clients under supervision, using evidence-based ABA interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

Paid training is provided and part-time schedules are available. This role offers flexible hours, same-day pay, and a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and compassionate about helping children.
• Ability to work in clients' homes or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
