Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in clients\' homes or community settings in Council Bluffs, IA. This part-time role offers paid training and the chance to join a dedicated clinical team providing one-on-one ABA services.

You will record data, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with families to promote independence. Prior RBT certification is required; willing to learn and grow in the ABA field is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• No experience? Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities
