Job summary

Connections Behavior Planning & Intervention is seeking an entry-level RBT to provide 1:1 instruction to students across school, home, or center sites in Kent, WA. You will follow BCBA-created behavior plans and receive comprehensive training to become a registered behavior technician.

The role involves collaborating with BCBAs, maintaining safe environments, taking data, and attending team meetings. Paid training, sign-on bonus, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (psychology, social work, education, or related field).
• Experience working with children and/or people with disabilities.
• Strong desire to work with students with special needs.
• Desire to work in a dynamic team and advance knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Responsibilities
