Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Kent, WA. Part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand; PBS provides complimentary RBT training to help you become a certified technician.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA/therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
