CBPI LLC is seeking individuals for a part-time position to provide 1:1 support to children and adolescents with emotional behavior disorders in Kent, Washington. This entry-level role includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in psychology, social work, or education.
• Experience working with children and/or individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities.
• Maintain a safe environment for all students and staff members.
• Follow behavior and acquisition plans created by a BCBA.
