Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and visual instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; capable of working independently when needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100lbs, climb, kneel, and work in varied outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain railroad tracks and related infrastructure.
• Perform track construction and repair tasks such as replacing rail and ties.
• Operate basic manual tools and specialized equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections of track components for wear or safety concerns.
• Record work performed and report issues to supervisors.
• Respond to after-hours or weekend callouts for emergency repairs.
