North American Rail Solutions is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Trackman I. This entry-level role supports the construction, maintenance, and repair of railroad track systems, requiring physical stamina and safety awareness in outdoor environments.

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; prior experience in railroad or heavy construction is a plus. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, travel to multiple sites, and work weekend shifts when required.

• Must be able to understand and follow verbal and visual instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication; able to work independently if needed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing, kneeling and working outdoors.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites, including weekends and short-notice mobilization.

Mansioni

• Install and maintain railroad tracks, embankments and related infrastructure.
• Perform track construction and repair tasks such as replacing rail and ties.
• Operate basic tools and equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections for wear, damage, or safety concerns.
• Record work performed and report issues to supervisors.
• Respond to after-hours and weekend callouts for emergency repairs.
