Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Back-up racetrack operator to maintain system integrity
• Monitor logs, alerts, and networks; escalate when needed
• Complete daily checklists accurately and on time
• Help develop and train on new policies and procedures
• Mentor new employees and support onboarding
• Perform User Acceptance Testing for software versions
• Process system configuration requests promptly
• Monitor race processing errors and escalate appropriately
• Perform other duties as assigned
