Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking an R&D Product Development Engineer for a 12-month contract in Research Triangle Park, NC. The role focuses on innovative medical technologies and new drug delivery systems within a multidisciplinary Innovation team.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or science with relevant lab experience.
PhD or MS + 2 years or BS + 4 years in industry preferred.
Experience in experimental design, data analysis, statistics, and technical writing.

Responsibilities

Design and conduct benchtop and in vivo experiments to characterize medical technologies.
Provide technical direction for ideation, prototype development, and bench/in vivo evaluations.
Perform data analysis to draw conclusions and steer project directions.
Communicate results to stakeholders with clear oral and written reports.
Understand customer needs via literature reviews and technology assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address unmet needs.
