Qualifications

• A college degree in a technical field is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma is the minimum education level for this position.
• Experience in inspection or calibration is helpful.
• Attention to detail, organization, and a high degree of work ethics are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and legal documents, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MCOSMOS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operation of manual and CNC CMMs.
• Setup and operation of Optical Comparators.
• Use of inspection tools, including height gauges, calipers, pin gauges, thread gauges, and countersink gauges.
• Completion of inspection reports and other required paperwork.
• Acting as an example to the rest of the plant on use of procedures, following rules and policies, and cleanliness.
