Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking an MQ Inspector to monitor production for cGMP compliance and perform quality control checks in the Dublin, Ohio facility. The role involves visual, functional, and dimensional testing to support product release in bag fabrication, overwrap, and packaging areas.

This on-site, entry-level position requires attention to detail, mathematical ability, and the capacity to work with both internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Must pass written and practical area requirements for area/certification.
• Must be able to read, follow instructions, and communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
• Working knowledge of basic math including fractions, decimals, and percentages; input data into a computer.

Responsibilities

• Inspects materials, batch records, and final products during production; performs release testing.
• Evaluates products for defects and determines conformity to specs.
• Performs testing on commodities and final product to determine acceptance.
• Collects file samples, stability samples, and lab samples per procedures.
• Inputs data into batch records and reports; monitors lines for irregularities and reports to supervisor.
