Job summary

Threshold-Enterprise is seeking a 2nd shift Inspector I to perform QC inspections on in-process and finished goods, packaging components, and labels. You will document dispositions, release batches, and assist with databases and reports in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with QA, manufacturing, and packaging teams, investigating discrepancies, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word.
• QA/QC experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and document disposition instructions for production orders.
• Release batches to Distribution after passing inspection.
• Maintain specification databases and status/tracking data.
• Coordinate daily QC activities across shifts and report metrics.
• Assist investigations of product/process failures and determine root cause.
